How to Use: Clean and thoroughly dry the outer ear. Using the included applicator, place one ear seed over the desired acupressure point and press gently to secure it. Apply light pressure for several seconds a few times throughout the day, stopping if the area becomes uncomfortable.
Remove after three to five days, or sooner if redness, itching, tenderness, or irritation develops. Allow the skin to rest before applying new seeds, and alternate ears between applications.
